STACY RINEHART, is founder and chairman of MentorLink International (MLI), a non-profit organization committed to
developing leaders who lead like Jesus. He formerly served as a vice president for The Navigators, overseeing the U.S. cities ministries and later representing The Navigators in the body of Christ in formal partnerships.

Stacy has over 35 years of experience developing leaders internationally, cross-culturally and cross-organizationally. His lifelong passion has been the study of leadership, first in business and the military and, after coming to Christ in 1970, as a missions-minded minister.

Stacy and his wife Paula live in North Carolina and have two grown children and five grandchildren. In addition to Lead in Light of Eternity, Stacy is the author of Upside Down and coauthor of Choices and Living in Light of Eternity.
